Your evening starts at 5:30 with a 5 course wine pairing dinner.


Appetizer: Red Pepper Hummus - Pureed Gorbanzo Beans w/Tahini sauce, Salt, Pepper, Roasted Garlic, Olive Oil and Roasted Red Peppers served with fresh baked Pita Bread
Soup: Creamy Curried Chicken & Rice - Celery, Carrots, Onion with cubed Chicken Breast seasoned with Curry Powder in a creamy Chicken base served with Rice
Salad: Spicy Beef & Pepper Kabobs - Strip Steak marinated in Garlic and Cumin with Red and Green Peppers, Red Onion,  served over a bed of Romaine lettuce tossed in a Sweet Tomato Vinaigrette
Entree: Jumbo Curried Shrimp - Grilled Jumbo Shrimp in creamy Curry sauce served over Vegetable Couscous
Dessert: Vanilla Bean & Roasted Coconut Cheesecake
